Stand Student Ministries

Beginning Thursday, July 28, 2010 at 7:00 PM, Stand Ministries, a ministry FROM students TO students, will be meeting each Thursday evening at 7:00 PM in our sanctuary. These are some FIRED UP students from our community who are passionate to reach their peers with a contemporary, relevant, exciting, entertaining, yet challenging style and message that is sure to make a lasting impact on our region. ALL students are welcome to attend.

Fourth Annual Back to School Give-a-way Update

Our Fourth Annual Back to School Give-away is coming up on July 31, 2010. In previous years we have made it available to everyone in the community. We felt this year it would be good to focus on those who might be in need the most. Therefore, we're working together with Jackson County Department of Family and Children's Services to provide for students who are not in a perminant home situation. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate the love of Jesus in a time where these students may not be feeling loved by anyone. Any contribution amount would be greatly appreciated. Any eccess funds will be used to purchase bookbags for next years outreach after the school year begins.
